How much does shipping within Australia cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 anywhere in Australia, no matter your order size.
We ship once a week.
Do you ship overseas?
Sure do! Some places are more expensive to ship to than others, so currently we have shipping for a couple of countries already calculated in our cart, but if you don't see what you want you can always contact us for a custom shipping quote to your destination.
Please keep in mind any additional import taxes are the purchaser's responsibility, as is understanding your local laws in terms of restrictions on importing specific items (such as knives or skins, for example).
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we can accept most cards, paypal or even bank transfer.
What's your return / exchange policy?
We're committed to getting your products to you safe and sound and in a timely manner.
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so if you're unsure of an item, please do get in touch with us. We spend a lot of time researching time periods, cultures and artifacts so that we can offer the very best customer service we can in terms of providing accurate information for suitability of items for particular kits and impressions.
If, despite our careful packaging, your goods should turn up damaged (or worse, not turn up at all!) please contact us so we can work with you to resolve it.

Are you guys actually Vikings?
You mean are we 1000 years old, and, due to climate change, have we just emerged from the world's longest nap as our permafrost thawed around us, and then decided to open a reenactment supply business?
The answer is yes. Yes. Of course.
Where are you based?
We are based in NSW, Australia, in a town called Wollongong. We do travel both within NSW and interstate for reenactment events when possible, though. If you're keen to catch us in person, follow our facebook page for updates on what events we're headed to next.
Do you really drink ale from the hollowed out skulls of your enemies?
Of course not!
We're mead drinkers.
Do you make your products? Where do they come from?
Our products are almost exclusively made by us, with a small handful of high quality products made by friends.
Each and every item we source is oh-so-carefully hand chosen for suitability for use in Dark Age and Early Medieval reenactment. And each and every item we create is oh-so-carefully researched. It actually takes a lot of time and effort before we can even get to the manufacture stage.
